As long as they have the stories that's fine with me. there's plenty of material from the comics. Of course if it goes the way of Batman with increasingly crap stories then its not so fine
i agree that as long as the stories are good then its fine, but i dont see how they're going to keep the material/effects etc fresh for 6 films.
also, i cant see tobey maguire and kirsten dunst wanting to do 6 (and i heard they were gonna kill MJ, but i dont know how reliable that is!!)

there's about 40 years worth of stories in the comics, so the material is there for 60 films I'd bet, I'm sure the technolgy will take care of its self and will only get better and they can recast with out any trouble I'd say. The recasting of Batman wasn't the problem with those sequels. In fact George Clooney seemed like the perfect choice really. All successful films whether they're sequels or not live or die on the strength of the script/story. It's as simple as that.
Kirsten Dunst mentioned that in an interview, that's all there is to it.
They won't kill MJ, having read a lot of the comics when I was younger there is still a story to tell between them.
glad to hear it! as a fan, id welcome plenty of films. i still shout at the screen everytime he leaves MJ at the end of no1!
ive become quite attatched to the cast though, so not sure how id feel if it changed. saying that, if they got the right people i think i could live with it!! (eg, i could still see jake gyllenhall in the tights, as was suggested when maguire was rumoured to be quitting.) not sure who id want as MJ though, any suggestions??
