Control (dubbed in German so I missed the Manc accents ).

Very interesting film with a gut-wrenching ending.

Doomsday - A Mad Max 2: Road Warrior reject.....not that it is a bad thing, on the contrary Doomsday is a damn fine film. Highly entertaining and certainly one of the best British Scifi films i've seen in a while and certainly the best sci-fi i've seen this year in a market oversaturated with Hollywood cheese. Very entertaining, highly charged and extremely gory with a great lead and fantastic action scene. The last car chase scene is lifed right of Mad Max 2 and yet is handled with such flare IMO.

Long live the British new wave.

Go and watch this film now. It is bloody good.

I noticed Control is showing on Sky Box Office- it looks quite interesting. Maybe I'll watch it...

It is by no means perfect but certainly worth seeing imho. Riley's performance is exceptional.

I am fairly familiar with the story but it included some things I that were new to me. It's also a reminder of how grim life in 70s England was for many - not many "good old days" there .

lord of the rings - return of the king

Iron Man - great flim, well worth going to see.

Next - I thought it was really good. Some of the acting was bit dodgy in places but I liked the storyline, there was plenty of action and impressive special effects.

but i was at my friens house and she didnt really have any horror films which i like (i watched saw, saw 2 and saw 3 all straight after the other) so i just choose them to watch.

Strange Wilderness. While this film is not big on story it is one of the funniest films i have seen this year and am pleasantly surprised. Some of the jokes....damn, thats not right at all

Do not watch this film if you are easily offended. If you liked Grandma's Boy (Quality film too with some of the same cast members) then you will definately like this.
