Cold Damp Dark & Miserable

Rain today and lots of it.
So much that the drain covers in the road lifted up.
Then I noticed how bizarre one of the neighbours is.
He had a model boat and a video camera and was videoing the boat going down the gutter in the road.....
And I got to thinking:
