1, DIDN'T BOTHER TO BOOK A DOCTORS APPOINTMENT TO FIND OUT WHY MY WRIST IS STILL IN PAIN THREE WEEKS AFTER A CAR CRASH.

2, DIDN'T BOTHER TO RING THE REPAIR GARAGE FOR MY CAR.

PLEASE NOTE CAR CRASH WAS NOT MY FAULT.
