Laughed at the fact that Bib has been doing this for so long that we are all used to caps and nobody but the newbies acutally notices anymore.

We understand netticette if that is how it is spelt but we also understand old friends.

Two things I did today, tried to explain to peeps that Bib is not really being offensive or shouting at us and tried to be a diplomat.

Try three things... noticed that I have had far too much Smirnoff to have read my post back properly, the word is "actually" not as previously typed

This thread was started by Bib in 2006, we have all contributed and up until now nobody has taken any offence at the "caps" thing. I am actually quite upset for Bib.

I think you will find the word is etiquette and it means manners, decorum and a code of conduct acceptable to all. I agree, that NOT to adhere to such etiquette is rude and lacking in respect for other forum users .

Could the pedants who think that their autonomy let's them belittle people for no reason other than a discrepency in opinion please note that their lives are far from perfect and that forum banter is a long way from isolating individuals and perpertrating an obvious disliking on the grounds of miscomprehension!

If you don't agree with something then let it be in your own heads you challenege opinion. I t stands no ground in the virtual "community" which this is proving not to be.

Really, get a grip on the harsher reality.
