I'm using a Mac with its Safari browser. I get to click on 'Launch Chat' then a box with a flashing text cursor appears with just a Login and Close button?

What am I supposed to type? Have you tried this with a Mac?

As stated above, I'm new to the C.4. community. Do you need a different log-in for chat-rooms? Does your forum one work. Also has the new chat-room replaced another one? Sorry. I'm new, so sorry for being awkward. Hope to start to get known in the forums.
