I hate writing complaint letters though. Once I got some kitten food, which I had been buying for ages, and when I opened it, it was all yellow and mushy inside like it had gone bad. So I wrote and complained and it turned out they had changed it like that on purpose.

I sent tablet back once. It tasted like soap, I was gutted. got a lovely big parcel of tablet, macaroon and fudge sent to me.

I complained to Sainsbury's last year because they forgot to deliver a bunch of stuff, and then they left a message to tell us, and wouldnt answer the phone when we tried to call back. I got £20 for my effort. Woohoo!

Those are the only 2 complaint letters I've ever written though.

they just stopped selling the item i complained about .
