or, i let it get to me and have a panic attack on my birthday and ruin it! then, i decide i refuse to feel bad and get over it, and not give a poo anymore

MY OWN CHARACTER IS GETTING ME DOWN.

Do you really want to change BIB, or are you letting people get to you. Write the things down you like about yourself, that you really don't want to change and then right the things down that you would like to change, YOU would like to change.

Strange. I go watch DS9. Always seems to relax me!

But can any of us REALLY change Switchy? The only thing you really can be is yourself.

Exactly Tim, some things we can't change but there are ways that we can think differently about something, like don't worry about what people think of you.

If I'm struggling, I sleep a lot. I love sleeping.

i listen to really good music and dance with my cat, and then sometimes my cat and i play starsky and hutch although now sophie cats gone (she was hutch), it just starsky and huggy bear.
By the way this isn't me being silly in your thread it's actually a serious answer.
And the cat and i are just about to start learning the kate bush song wuthering heights, he'll be kate he's great on the high notes.

I DON'T REALLY LIKE ANIMALS, THEY SCARE ME. I HAD A HAMSTER ONCE THAT DIED, I WAS UPSET FOR AGES I WAS 23 AT THE TIME. IT WAS CALLED XENNIPHOBIA.

I KNOW A BLOKE WHO CALLED EVERY MAN "FELLA" AS HE WAS BAD WITH NAMES. HIS SON THOUGHT HIS NAME WAS FELLA FOR 7 YEARS.
