really? i thought it was just me that was mad enough to sniff my cat. sukey smells lovely. and when i sniff her she turns her head and rubs it on my forehead. i think she thinks it is nice to be sniffed!?

Yes I think they should delete such a nasty post.

i think that should be "began to quarrel" grammatically speaking. cats are very particular about cleanliness and grammar. typos and capital letters are a different matter. you try typing with paws!

What you did wrong was in thinking that what your neighbour did was not only reasonable but also very amusing.

I have been absolutely heartbroken for months whenever one of my cats has died. When one of my cats got run over a year ago a kind man phoned me and told me. I was terribly upset but at least I knew what had happened. Otherwise I would never have known and to have a pet just go missing and never be found again is terrible. You imagine such terrible things.

They might be locked in a garden shed and starving to death or caught in a trap - anything! You put adverts in the shop windows and messages through people's letterboxes and walk the area night after night calling out for your petin vain.
A pet is one of the family.

That horrible man not only killed someone's lovely pet but also let it's owners go on hoping and searching. That is so cruel.

You may not have done it yourself but you quite obviously thought it was not only OK but even very funny - and that is what is indefensible!.

I am an animal lover and dont want to hear the bad stuff that goes on with people being cruel to animals I cant bear it and The FMS post suggested she thought it was funny

marg, please don't read that nasty post. i don't think they had any idea what they were saying. we are all safe here in my place and we can look after each other. i can't quite understand why someone thought it was appropriate to post next to my fridge. i have put the post in the litter tray and shat on it tho!!!!

oh, roast chicken anyone? i know it isn't a sunday, but i cooked that chicken with the two bites out, and in addition, i did roast potatoes, carrots, brocolli and bread sauce for my people friends who pop in here.

OK Little Cat. I'll say no more about it. (I'm still very cross though.)

I must say you do delicious roast potatoes. These are the best I've ever tasted.
