hello mrs slice and fluffy

i don't mind about my fridge being raided now I know it was mrs belle. besides i've got a lot more stuff to put in it now.

I was very brave today.

when the big man was in the room i came out from under the sofa and let him stroke me properly. he has huge hands but he's very gentle. i shan't hide again when i see him.
i think he's trying to walk and talk more quietly too so as not to scare me.
i am still a LITTLE bit scared of him though.

not as scared as i am of the vet though!

do you really think i should let aunty pet take me for those injections then mrs fluffy?

What a strange thread Take it has been going for a long time and is the hightlight of this forum.

Just to let you know I have 3 of your kind at home and look after 3 in the office (one even sleeps on my chair, and I have to clear all the hair off it - not very attractive on my clothes ) - you are hairy beasties aren't you - so hairy that one of my is called "hairy Mclarie".

It would be stupid to say that I am their "owner" as they manage to twist me round their paws - and I obey their every wish.

Yes they do get taken to the vets and after a while they trust me again as they now it's for their own good!

yes i have been a forum cat for a long time but sometimes i get a bit lonely and neglected when the forum closes at night or at christmas. sometimes when bb is on no-one can visit me because it is all going so slow.
so i decided to find myself a human pet that i could train to look after me properly.

it hasn't been as easy as i thought and i have had some awful experiences with the wrong people. *shudders*
it's all in the last few pages of my diary. it makes harrowing reading. one CATastrophe after another!

now i think i have found the right pet at last, so the long training programme is shortly about to begin.

My life as a human is controled by you strange 4 legged creatures - I have a mother and 2 x daughter from the same family, The mother was put in a plastic bad and dumped in a baranco (yes I am in Spain) - Not a country recommended for a cat.

She left all by herself to bring up a litter of her babies - she had to constantly keep moving them as there are nasty hawks arround and a little kitten would make a good breakfast

She is a clever little cat as she found her way to my house and brought her babies to see me and it was love at first sight.

Her big boy babies were given to some friends and are happy in their new homes and the two smallest girls are still with her.

They are 7 year old in September and their mother must be about 9.

The others this mad human looks after are all from the same family as well - all girls - as this human think girl cats rule

I am at work now - and will get round to reading your diary - during my lunch.

My advice to you if you have a good human is to purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr a lot .. works wonders

i know it's bad for little cats in spain. of course i can't go there myself as i wouldn't be allowed back into england if i did, but lots of my friends on here have been, and they've come back and told me really upsetting stories about the poor cats there.

mrs a mags says she never goes to spain without a case full of really good dried cat food to feed some of the poor starving cats she meets.

i think i must be a very lucky little cat to have found myself a nice home at last and to have so many friends to come and see me.

i see you are flitting from the forum to your new pets home quite easily.... you must have a catflap there or may be a secret passage or may be, just may be you have your own wireless connection?? perhaps your whiskers are your aerial?

my husband has decided to sleep in the garden tonight - under the apple tree - with our cats. what is all thast about?? i refuse to join him. the cats will probably agree and cuddle up to me in my bed.

i'm afraid i haven't a lot of appetite for prawns or anything else at the moment. i am soo worried about the v. e. t.

aunty pet got a cat carrier out of the garage this morning. she's cleaned it up and put a fresh cushion in the bottom of it. now it's lying around in the kitchen with its door open.

i heard aunty pet telling the big man that she was going to leave the cat carrier around so i would get used to it and not be frightened when i have to go in it -

do not worry, the vet loves cats, they have extra special soft, caring hands and they never hurt cats (or dogs).
please don't escape, you have found a perfect human (and they are hard to find) who loves you lots, my bundle of fun humours me sometimes and goes in his carrier (although he has lots of treats afterwards)
try the prawns, they might make you feal a little better

do you think my ears are looking a little lopsided perhaps??
