After being lucky enough to see them on Monday, I can only agree with you. Forget any other live band that's out there. This band blew the whole of rock history since they disbanded out of the water. The feeling of seeing them live like that is like the best drug on the planet. I have never left a concert with such a huge smile on my face. It was if I went to heaven and had a little glimpse for 2 and a bit hours. I still haven't come down from that feeling and to be honest - I don't think I ever will. It was like an epithany of music. Wish I could see them every day.

I paid £125 & the booking fee, which was the price for all the ballot winners. I would never have paid the prices a lot of people paid. You could tell the people who sold their tickets on ebay. They were acting in line as if they were secret detectives when meeting the person who bought their other ticket. The guy who won the auction won V.I.P. tickets. He would be with the celebs and would also get possibly the seats to the side of the stage, the first block. If they do a tour like the rumour is then get tickets. This band are great on record but Live they are a complete beast.

I watched the Zep live 2 video set again (I got it for 99p at a Virgin clearout)- Robert Plant's always been the weak point of Zep for me- his lyrics are pretty lame. plus his weak plagiarism- all the stuff about squeezing his lemon and his love gun John Paul Jones and Jimmy Page are great though.
