I like the episode where Homer has a crayon taken out of his brain and becomes clever. The bit where he accidentally proves that God isn't real and gives Flanders the bit of paper proving it.
Also in the episode where Homer hires a private detective to spy on Lisa, where the detective goes blind and Homer says 'How ironic, he's blind after a lifetime of enjoying being able to see.'

Max Power has to be one of the best episodes. Loved it. The bit where Homer sings to the tune of Goldfinger is the funniest part for me.

I liked the episode when Homer went to Rock n'roll-camp and they where brainwashed  Another all-time-favourite is ofcourse when maggie shoots Mr Burns
