I think that was the worst episode I've seen yet. I absolutely despise Ricky Gervais. Hes just not funny. Didnt like the office, and extras may well be the least funny comedy Ive ever seen.

I can't decide between the Simpsons & Family Guy. The old eps of the Simpsons Ive seen tooooo many times, and the new ones dont seem as great. But I've loved all eps of Family guy bar one.

I like Family guy and Simpsons the best but I can't do 2 so I just did the Simpsons.

Futerama is much better than the Simpsons. Simpsons has had its sell by date for many years now. The orginal social commentary humour has gone and been replaced by banal and slapstick comedy.

But I love family gut too! Stu is great.

i sometimes watch futurama... one eyed person... funny... is that it?
but i don't think it's got the 'whole package' like the simpsons..

has homer won an oscar yet... shuuda!

think the slapstick is tempered with real life situations. if i had to watch laurel n hardy or eric and ernie again i'd switch off.... think the simpsons is still current... and can always be. who is Stu?

Futurama is more witty and clever, Simpsons is funny in a more obvious way. Simpsons is faster paced and has well constructed plots so i'm gonna say Simpsons.
What about American Dad? I prefer that to Family guy.

It goes South Park, Futurama, Simpsons, Family Guy in my that order in my opinion.

South Park had an iffy few series in the middle but watching any episode of the last 4 series shows the quality that this show has. These days its ten times the programme the Simpsons is.

Futurama comes second for me overall, but I think it has the funniest set of characters out of all the shows. The only thing stopping it taking number one spot in my eyes is that South Park have Eric Cartman (funniest cartoon creation of all time)

Simpsons has been rubbish for about 6/7 years now, and is just getting worse, should have quit after the U2 episode. Now it barely raises a smile out of me

Family Guy is pushed to fourth simply because nothing can touch the Simpsons from series 5-9, and Family Guy has already grown stale

no offence guys but how can u say family guy and futureamma is better than simpsons? simpsons have won loads of awards for 1 and is viewd by more people than the others. simpsons is way better mun. family guy is good mind but futureamma is crap.

they are all great but simpsons has been wavering recently with the continual repetes and futurama is also annoying me without new episodes, they should bring out a series just like family guy series 4, family guy is great but series 4 was just too crude for just being crude which was a bit of a letdown but still good my order is this

2.1 simpsons (too close to call)

Its a tough call really. At its best the simpsons wins out, but it hasn't been at its absolute peak (excepting occasional episodes) for about 7 or 8 series. Futurama was good but only lasted a few series so never encounted the problems the Simpsons have. By that I mean that the Simpsons is stuck in the moment. All the characters are exactly the same as they were 17 years ago when the show started. without really been allowed to develop the characters the number of storylines has to be finite. Its worth remembering that if the Simpsons was a "real" tv show Bart would now be 27 years old now.
Family Guy for me is a different animal to the simpsons and futurama. With only a basic edit the simpsons or futurama can be aired at 9am. If you wanted to air family guy at that time it would last about 6 minutes.
Personally I love Family Guy (possibly even more than I rate the newer simpsons episodes). However Family Guy been newer, has also not yet hit the problem of character development that the Simpsons has encountered.
