The helicopter airlifts him up the gorge, his head banging against the sides, into the ambulance. The ambulance then crashes into a tree and Homer falls out of the back of the ambulance and back into the gorge!

i cant think of a homer moment to pick out because there a thousands!!!!

my favourite homer moment is when he chokes on the balloon he got for scoring the perfect game.
