No this does not happen, it is complete and utter garbage.
1. Why the hell would they reveal a story as big as that? Answer: They wouldn't, and don't. 2. Why kill of Homer? They never would. 3. Why kill Homer in Season 19 (as that is what I assume you mean by next series) if there is almost certainly going to be a new a Season 20.
So yeah, this isn't true at all.

he wont die if he dies so does the show will they really make more episodes if hes not there they couldnt kill him off if they did that then they have killed the simpsons its just common sense!!
