Never really got into Futurama till my brother bought me the box set for my birthday. I now think that it's better than the Simpsons because it doesn't rely to heavily on any one character, just think how boring the Simpsons would actually be without Homer. Futurama is different, you could take away any one of the main charecters and it would still be as funny. Neither are on a par with Family Guy though!!!

They are both a couple of legends but I prefer futurama because it is a whole lot funnier however a greater imagination can be achieved making it in the future. It is the daddy and it can never stop making me laugh

Futurama, its a truly original show and the humour is awesome. The simpson used to be like this but has turned into a run of the mill sitcom in recent years.

Futurama easily. Futurama was probly the best show on c4 before fox decided to cut it  the earlier episodes of the simpsons were cool but futurama was awesome, better characters and the plots were clever compared to the simpsons "homer does this" and "homer becomes a" shoddy episodes. plus futurama had bender & Dr Z.

They both have had bad shows but the simpsons has had longer to establish itself. If family guy can get more shows made then don't rule out futurama for a comeback. I would say that the simpsons was the better overall but futurama had some brilliant shows. BENDER RULES!!!!!!

Family guy is a watch once and forget show. Its a complete Simpsons rip off and although the 1st time you watch it, its funny, go back to a second view and boredom sets in. Musical numbers suck, so why so many?? Out of ideas?? |

The best Simpsons episode is better than the best Futurama, but all Futurama are great whereas there are quite a few rubbish simpsons episodes

simpsons rules but i always find my self turning over to watch futurama, its just fresher, you could never introduce a new character to the simpsons to freshen it up so why not introduce a whole new cast, thas basicly what futurama is, and i love it! also family guy is a similar fresher alternative
