I'm not sure about this year, but this is why we don't see too much of Guy now.

On his website Guy says that he will be in one programme in this series. He says he decided to reduce his involvement with Time Team a year or two back, but was persuaded to return for one more.

Guy will be seen in the dig at Godstone, Surrey "Road to the relics" on 25 March.

I hope that he will agree to appear in some of the digs planned for this year. Guy is always good value, whether as an expert or presenter.
