Thornborough henge in Yorshire is the largest, and possibly the least explored henge complex in Britian. Already it has been subjected to extensive quarrying which has distroyed the sacred landscape and unique and important archaeology.After a long fight, On the 16th of this month planning permision was given to quarry practically all the site up to the the henges themselves.

Once more... I agree.. this is now one of the most well known monumnet in the UK now.. It is not too late to ensure it stays that way.
