Aye. Too late we've started our own. Could it be incorporated into this one perhaps - or do the 'stickies' disappear after a while?

Good program. I thought I had seen enough of the romans, but no, this was excellent. Would like to have seen more time here though, I'm sure there is much more to be discovered.

Once upon a time, Splatty used to have these threads up and running HOURS before the programme and we could fill a page with anticipatory discussion before it had even been aired. Frown

Well I thought that this weeks TT was good I like the two Iron Age coins found by Phil, I was Surprised to hear them say that it was a 1st for TT to find Iron Age coins & two in one trench. I have found Iron Age coins before & they don't come out that clean, I think a bit of cleaning was done for the camera if this was the case it was a shame, it was just too clean & dry with no earth on it at all for me. Still I enjoyed the TT Programme this week Cool

I agree aggy, in the shot when the first coin was coming out of the ground, Phils hands and the coin were covered in mud, then it is immediately being shown completely clean! I suppose you can excuse them having to clean it up for the camera, but this seemed to deceive the eyes...

Good programme though.

Enjoyed this programme. What amazing finds those Iron Age Coins. Just goes to show you never know what's buried in the ground.
