Please could someone out there please help. Visited my brother in SW England recently and on his land is a delapidated building with a character, sign, symbol or whatever carved into one of the corner stones. As I have just joined the forum I do not yet have permission to post a photo but it has 3 legs eg /|\ like this with a table top or flat line across the top (if only I could show the photo). Could anyone help or point me in the direction to investigate. Have tried masonic symbols, surveying signs, carved characters, stone carvings, etc etc, have spent hours on the internet. Thank you
