This site isn't protected as war grave I take it. A bit mysterious though. Wrecks were not really my cup of tea until a couple of the TTs and TR's Titanic special. I have also been watching a few of the re-runs of the wreck detectives on the Discovery channels.

Well it sank in peacetime so it wouldn't be a wargrave and there's no mention of any loss of life when it did sink. That doesn't mean there wasn't anybody on board though.
I hope the wreck will be treated with a bit of respect either way.
