The blurb on the program concept at BBC certainly sounds good - anything that is imaginative story-telling, thought-provoking, educating and entertaining has got to be a good thing. Especially compared with the many of the lame offerings that are currently out there.
However, I think a title like "Bone Kickers" is fairly misrepresentative of the science and finesse involved, and is likely to stir some negative comments and could spoil the profile of the program.
A pity that the BBC's Polly Hill seeks to make this original and innovative theme "sexy". Aren't there enough fools in the media trying to aspire to this nonsensical goal?

I think one of the problems is that programme makers think that sexing something up makes it interesting, but many of us just see it as dumbing down instead. I feat that the programme will be better in theory than in its execution.
