There used to be a forum, part of the Portable Antiquities Scheme website which dealt with just this sort of query from members of the public... but it closed down last year. I could not get your links to open anyway so cannot help. If you want to make an online query why not take it to one of the "metal detecting" forums (like UKDN - you have to register first), I am sure they will help you. Or take it along to your local Finds Liaison Officer of the Portable Antiquities Scheme (contact details on the P.A.S. website) or the local museum who will have a finds identification service (phone first to check). Good luck. Paul Barford

But of course (as the name proclaims) that is only for finds made with a metal detector, and you have to be a "bona fide metal detectorist" to have access there. I would try the PAS, they are a publicly-funded dedicated service run by professionals to help the WHOLE public in their search for information. Paul Barford
