As tarmac creeps closer to smothering the Tara/Skyrene valley one of the most important regions in the map of prehistoric Europe will surly be lost.
The image of archaeology as the domain of 'woolly jumper' academics is being challenged by a few brave souls who are risking their lives and liberty, in trying to prevent this great crime.
They deserve the admiration and support of any one who believes in the preservation of our history.
