Well folks its that time again. The biggest excuse to get fally down on cider and eat cockles while watching people hit each other with swords without Heddlu being called is back. The Big Cheese :-)

On site facilities Toilets, baby-changing facilities, food and drink refreshments, licensed bar, information centre, Park and Ride and town centre parking.
Big Cheese Merchandise can be purchased near the entrance to the back of the castle and in Caerphilly Visitor Centre
Off site facilities Toilets (Caerphilly Visitor Centre), cash machines, pubs, restaurants, shopping centre. All within 5 minutes walk of the event site.
Disabled facilities Access to the site is good from all entrances, ground level is flat with a few uneven areas. A limited wheelchair hire service is available at the charity stalls. All park and ride buses are equipped with low floor access and a number have wheelchair lifts.
Car parking The Big Cheese Park and Ride scheme will operate from Friday 28 July 2006 and will be located at St.Ilan School and St.Cenydd School. Follow the temporary signs from the A470, A469 and A468. In addition, there are over 1000 car parking spaces in the town itself, including 208 park and ride spaces at the town's award winning Transport Interchange.
Coach parking The town's main coach park is located off Crescent Road, 100 yards from the site of The Big Cheese and a dedicated overflow coach park will be reserved within The Big Cheese Park and Ride scheme located at St.Ilan School and St.Cenydd School. Follow the temporary signs from the A470, A469 and A468.
But what exactly is planned for this weekend in terms of historical re-enactment societies etc ?
I think that people who run and scream racist at a whim,are more racist then a true one at the best of times. I see my response has been deleted, that might give you a bit of satisfaction, However,I suggest you get a life.
