The University of Bristol's Archaeology Department is running a short course in local history research skills. It offers students access to typical archival material used in local history research and how to maximise these resources. This is invaluable for people wishing to undertake research in their local area or parish.
The fee is just £26 for 4 classes. Wednesdays 7.00 - 8.30 starting 2nd November at the County Record Office in Taunton, Somerset.
