This is just to let people know that the SOUTH EAST WALES Branch of the Young Archaeology Club is Celebrating it's 10th Birthday on SATURDAY 14TH MAY at the Roman Legionary Museum in Caerleon, Newport.
The event is totally open to the public and is freeto get in. The whole day is full of hands on activities ranging from dressing up as a roman soldier, decorating and making a mirror, "roman gambling", cave art and an opportunity for the children to sign up to the club along with LOADS more activities. (Bring some money, as there is a shop in the museum, and some of the activities will have a SMALL charge (e.g. photo of the children dressed up for you to take home etc).
Everything is inside (unfortunatly due to work in the museum garden taking longer than scheduled) so don't worry about the weather!!
The day should be Really Fun, so come along and bring the kids!!!
