I was a HUGE fan of the show. The network decided it wasn't getting good enough ratings in th US to warrant a second series - real shame as us Brits loved it but by the time it aired here it's UK popularity came too late to persuade the network to comission another series (and Claire Danes was filming Romeo and Juliet)

Little money-grabbing buggers! That show had a cult following and they STILL cancelled it. It was around the same time as The end of This Life as well

I loved My So Called Life, it was brilliant, I remember getting so caught up in it. I wish they'd release it on DVD over here.

Mrs. Bleads loved that too, and Claire Danes is a terrific actress.

i loved my so called life too! the whole angela and jordan,will they wont they drama..it had me gripped!! but am i right in thinking it ended with angela kind of falling for brian??!!

I think Claire Danes is such an underated actress. She was so good in that and she was so young at the time.
