As a student i rarely got up before 2pm and it was even rarer for me to actually go to a lecture. So I got really into Quincy. Then one day... NO MORE QUINCY!!! Just some funny looking lawyer callled Petrocelli!!!???
I was heartbroken!!!
Gradually I came to like Petrocelli even more!! His wife was fit, he NEVER got paid for a job and he was building a house in the desert which never got higher than 4 bricks high even though the show lasted about 8 years ha ha!!??
Now one day Quincy once again replaced Petrocelli - again I was heartbroken until...
AN EPISODE OF QUINCY HAD PETROCELLI IN IT AS A DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Life just doesn't get any better than that!!!
It was exactly the same show every day. And his cowboy assistant did all the legwork off camera while Petrocelli birded it up with his missus in their trailer. Petrocelli would wait until the concluding day of the trial, posit an alternative explanation of what happened (complete with dramatised reconstruction, natch) and the accused would inexplicably concede that Petrocelli was right and go to prison, just in time for Petrocelli to celebrate outside the courthouse with his missus, the innocent party and Cowboy man, who would probly crack a joke to which everyone would laugh at. Freeze frame and credits. Brilliant!!
Was starting to think I was the only person who watched it!!??
Not a chance Bobs!! Petrocelli is easily the best post-lunchtime Neighbours fare the BBC have screened. Tuning in one day to find it was replaced by one of the crappy Diagnosis Murder She Wrote Quincy pieces of sh!t turned me into Charlton Heston at the end of Planet of the Apes
