I watched this tonight on Noggin with my 18 month old and its still as great as it ever was, why don't they make TV like it anymore. So depressing.

we wobble lobble lobble all day..... and there too was rod jane and rodger till he quit

Rodger quit, coz he was married to Jayne and they split-up!!

Now I never knew that thanks joyce I think the one that joined was cute if I rember right i might google them see can i see them again

I used to think that Jane was the prettiest woman I'd ever seen in my life when I was little. Her and Agnetha from Abba.

I used to watch it eating tomato soup as well, or sometimes tinned macaroni cheese. Yuk.

I went to a boot sale today and brought a toy zippy for my son that talks. My son is 19 years old but still loves rainbow. I must say that i didnt like it when they change bungle, i liked the old one better.

Same here! I was really dissapointed when he changed, it just wasnt the same!

Rainbow is on sky channels 618 and 623 along with Button Moon! I cant remember the exact times but its after 8pm. I must admit i sometimes watch it, brings back the memories

One of my fondest memories is sitting in front of my mum and dads tv and giggling to rainbow, god knows how old I was! I still have my zippy teddy and I'll never get rid of that, it brings back the best memories I could ever have. Oh and button moon, just don't get me started!

Button Moon and Rainbow were two of my favourite shows as a child! As well as rainbow bright. Did anyone else own jeans with the cartoon motifs or hand knitted jumpers with the characters on? Or was it just me? lol!?

ahh button moon forgot about that. We're off to button moon to visit mr spoon button moon hehe

i used to like rainbow,i suppose if i watched it now it would looks cheesey,but i liked jane and her lovely long hair

They got their own spin off called Rod Jane and Freddy. I am just too old to have watched for myself but my brothers watched it.
