Any other fans of Jossy's Giants out there? A couple of us were disappointed to find hardly anything about this classic football comedy on the internet, so we decided to start our own site about it. There's tons of stuff there, including episode guides, screencaps, a DVD petition, the opening title sequence (in the 'Clip of the Week' section). Check it out:
Nice to see a couple of other fans of the show on here We've just started a petition on the site to get the programme released on DVD, so if you could see your way clear to putting a few seconds aside to sign on the dotted line, that would be great. Thanks! (We've had over 900 visitors to the site so far, but less than 30 have signed the petition, which is a bit frustrating!
Jim Barclay, who played Jossy Blair, has agreed to do an interview for us at jossysgiants.org, so if any of you have any questions you'd like to ask him, there's a form for you to submit them here: Jim Barclay questions
I'm just bumping this thread because it hasn't been posted on in 10 months, and some forumers may not be aware of it. The site is a good one by the way, with some great interviews from cast members.
I vaguely remember it, remember at the end of the song they all used to shout jossys giants and I used to love joining in. I would like to see it again to see what I used to love about it.
I remember Jossy's Giants - i used to love it!! Didn't Jossy or some other grown up own a sports shop and they all worked/hung out there?? I think i still have a couple of episodes on video that i recorded years ago and i just can't bring myself to tape over it, ha ha!! I might dig it out one of these days and watch it. I'll def check out your website Renko.
