Ok, now I REALLY going to show my age. Having said that I only just about remember this kids show, but I'd be interested to see who else does. Lizzie Dripping (from what I can remember) what a young girl who befriended a Witch. I know Tina Heath played Lizzie Dripping, and then went on to present Blue Peter.

I loved it to. did she not meet the witch beside a river bank and in the park to chat? My sons years later watch simon and the witch.Almost the same program. Might have been the same person that played the witch, I might be wrong.
She did indeed! From what I can remember she was a crotchety old witch EXCEPT to Lizzie Dripping. Yeah, I've vague recollections of Simon & the Witch too.
