I'm really glad someone remembers it. It made me have nightmares for years. I can't remember much about it, but one episode hade a man with a disappearing face...sounds weird. Scared me to death.
This will sound silly now but I remember being scared watching the film Willow. Think it must have been the wierd creatures and that horrible witch trying to kil the baby. Upsetting stuff to an 8yr old!

David Bowie's crotch was scary in that film too

Halloween has always scared the crap out of me, cos the first time I saw it, my cat had been in our saucepan cupboard chasing a mouse (I didnt know this) and knocked everything over and nearly gave me a heart attack. Also that freaky tinkly music is scarey too. Mind you, I always watch it when its on....to be scared all over again
Does anyone remember a programme shown on Halloween one year. I think it was hosted by Sarah Green and was about a haunted house. I remember there was a girl who seemed to be possessed. I watched it on my own and didn't realise it was a set up. We had a powercut near the end and I was too scared to move off the sofa!

There was also a version made in the Eighties, (I think) which starred Michael Caine. Not so much scary as complete rubbish!
Prorammes that scared me - I can't actually think of any, but then again from a very early age I knew that it was "just Television - it's not real, you know!"
