Question to anybody who grew in the 1970's; there was a plethora of US imports on our screens back then & that's all we watched.

Which was your favourite?

It's a tough one for me, but I'm going with the Six Million Dollar Man!!!!!!

As your talkin about American Imports, does anyone remember those dubbed foreign ones? (e.g. Heidi).

Yeah, and Belle, Sebastian and the White Horses although that might have been late 60's.

Hey thanks for replying. Funnily enuff, i dont remember Belle & Sebastian or White Horses! But as you say they were late 60s then thats just a bit before my time anyway. The dubbed ones i can remember watching were: Heidi (on tv in early 80s) and a series from the late 70s called Desert Adventure (although it it was infact narrated). Does anyone remember that series?

Charlies Angels was the best thing to come from America; which incidentally if any Americans are reading... was after the first American to go aboard: Neil Armstrong had his little trip! Smile

I never realised that Freddie Prinze Jr's dad was in it. I knew that the guy from Chico had killed himself but nothing else about him.

How sad for Freddie Jr to have lost his father so young Frown

I know. Whats more Freddie Prinze was just a boy himself when he died, only 22.
