hi,
just popping in trying to ncatch up.
had to go into hospital last tuesday(fell down the stairs)monday evening)and got worse
got back here about 6pm last night after having to discharge myself.
they wanted to transfer me to a rehab ward as can barely put weight on left leg and can hold nothing with left arm.so there for can't use my crutches!!!!!!!!!!!! when they said i could be in at least a month or longer i signed myself out. said i would cope as best as i could.
hope fully at the weekend i might go to visit family for a couple of weeks.
i missed all last weeks shows and if i gom away will miss them as well
stil nothing broken, just badly bruised, torn muscles ligaments, and sprains.and it was only the bottom 5 or 6 stairs!!!!!!!!!!!

Owch that seems so painful I know what it is like to be in Hospital but lukly I didnt have to be in there for a week Iwas only in there for 1 day. When I did go in the was because I dislocated my knee cap which hurt so I know how you feel

you must take care of yourself and rest and later gentle exercise would be the order of the day if you were in a rehab ward so look after yourself
