Seaslug, you said we should start another topic up and copy and paste the others onto a new thread. I think this is how you do it. I think we should still use your post to chat about what we are going to put in the story next, but use this thread to post the stories on, so we can actually read it like a whole book. I hope you all understand what i mean. Here we go, i will try it now.

When I moved into the street ( referring to the forum)It was the place to be. Very happening and hip. I moved in with all my animals and other half and was overjoyed that everyone was so nice and very helpful.Im still to meet a lot of the residents but who I have met we get on very well. There are poetry nights, plenty of parties, lots of support if feeling lonely. The street is busy with young people helping to keep the place alive and in our own way we all h ave something to contribute to the "street. So far I have met Katie who lives with her boyfriend at no, Boys mama whos at no with her two children, Sexyspecs who seems to have no end of different designer glasses and always in pink, and then theres charlotte who wants to be a vet. arh bless thats lovely.Of course I cant forget Rebecca and Pog and The list could go on but in this street we all have fun and there is never any problems.

When i first moved into ogrady street i thought the people were a little mad because all they ever talked about was paul ogrady, but then after a while i became just as big of a fan as the rest of them. From time to time we get yobs and neighbours from hell who are always tryna cause trouble but they soon move when they realise we wont be defeated. There is one neighbour though who seems slightly mad. Im sure its a man but its always dressed in disguise or as a woman. It gets escorted round in flash cars too and its back yard is like a farm!!! its full of animals!!! anyway enough about that back to all my other nice neighbours. Theres katie who lives with her boyfriend and shes always making me laugh! then theres ian whos the only man, apart from that strange bloke, he's the one who stands upto the trouble causers the most! Theres cat too who i chat to alll the time! but i stay out of her way on thursdays cos shes got her hands full babysitting a couple of kids!! theres loads more that i'll tell you about later!

When i moved onto o'grady street everyone was really friendley. I live next door to someone called charlotte and i get on really well with her. I've also made some other really nice friends. I've got sexyspecs who has something in common with me, she's madly in love with paul o'grady lol! Then theres katie who you can have a laugh with any time. Also becky is very friendly, she has lots of nice pics of paul lol! Oh and theres seaslug over the road who gets on well with anyone and she makes a good cup of coffee
Theres boysmama who can always make you smile and gives good advuce.
Then theres someone who lives at the end of the street who is very secretive and mysterious, he/she has even come out dressed as a clown before. He/she gets picked up in very expensive cars. Sometimes you see someone come to walk his/her dog which is a cute little shitzu
Well thats it really, i've met soem very nice people on this street but of course you get the odd yob.
i just want to find out more about that person at the end of the street.

It was a cold and grey morning in O Grady Street. No one yet had stirred and no doubt it was due to the late night party that had happened. Seaslug looked out of her window bleary eyed to see Lizina walking down the road with her grandson. She waved and went back to her cold cup of coffee, then she suddenly saw the man from 42 appear. She could not believe her eyes, he had this scary orange boiler suit on. Who was this man, no one seem to know that much about him? Seaslug looked again and he has disappeared.

i was walking down the street cos i had just come back from town shopping and i saw charlotte in the street so i stopped and had a chat with her and then we saw sealug coming out of her house and then we went over to chat with her and then we couldnt believe it when we saw a man dressed in a penguin outfit, what a shock, he even had the dog dressed as a mini penguin lol!
It started to pour it down so seaslug asked if me and charlotte wanted to come in for a coffee and as we did, the man in the penguin outfit quickley flapped into his expensive car and the little dog did too
So we still want to find out who this man is

When i moved into O'Grady Street, i was immediately welcomed by all my new friendly neighbours. There was one called Jane, who i had chatted to before on another street. Jane is lovely and always there to chat to. Theres also Charlotte, one who i talk to a lot and we are always having a laugh and share the same interests, theres also Cat who is lovely to talk to although has a very loud voice and also knows how to make lovely cakes! I also love chatting to all my lovely neighbours because we all have the same thing in common. Theres seaslug who is very myesterious but very friendly, boysmama, Rebecca, Lizina, Claire...theres too many to mention, but i love chatting to all of them. Theres also a bloke called Ian. He is very friendly and helpul, at first i thought he was the only bloke who lived down our street, but woke one day to the sound of a distant gents liverpool accent. At first i couldnt make it out but then...'Buster! Buster! Buster, where are ya?! Its showbiz time!' i looked out of my window to see a tall man with his coat pulled over his head and a sneer on his face. Buster, i think his name is is a gorgeous dog, and scurries along next to the man, and they both hurry into a very posh car and are sped off. Im left confused so hurry along to have a nosy at the house. When i cross the street, im met by Charlotte and i tell her what i saw. She says 'Oh, thats the mystery man. he has never introduced himself to us yet, everyones too scared to speak to him. He seems very hight profile, you know.' Im shocked, i lean round to look round the side of his house and am amazed to see what looks like a farm in the back garden! Theres animals of all sorts. We carry on looking at the house, and even look into the windows to see for any clues, but before long we hear the familiar voice...'Come on Bust! Time for tea!' and quickly scurry off before we get noticed!

When i got home from mine and Charlottes night out, i went to the kitchen to make a hot chocolate, still thinking about the man who had been shouting the dogs names. Who was he? Why didnt he let us know who he was? Why had he never introduced himself? And why did he always wear such strange outfits?!
Soon enough i had finished my hot chocolate so decided to get ready for bed and go to sleep.
Soon it was morning, and i was woken to a strange sound. Not again i thought! But this time it was different. I peered out of my window and saw that it was slightly open. The strange man from down the road was shouting...but what?! He was wearing bright pink PJ's and slippers! He had just picked the paper up from outside his door and was shouting on the phone to someone. Urgh...just my luck to be living so close to a nutter i thought! I stained to hear and tried to lean out the window a little more, but not so much that he could see me. Then i heard it 'Berrrt! Berrrt! I've told you before. Im not doing it, i refuse and i will not do it!' This poor Bert i thought! Then i looked accross the road and could see Jane and Seaslug giggling at what i had seen, so i decided to quickly get changed and go outside to see them before i went to work. By the time i had got outside, the strange man had dissappeared into his house. I ran over to Jane and seaslug and we were all laughing and saying how mad he was. 'Did you see his pink PJ's?!' Jane said, still laughing. 'I did' I said 'But the bloke he was talking to on the phone - Bert i think, poor man, i wonder what he did to deserve that?!' then we all started laughing again. Then we were all shocked to hear barking, we looked down and there was the most gorgeous dog that looked exactly like Buster! He was looking up at us, probably wondering why we were all stood right next to the gate but not going in. Maybe thats why he was barking i thought. Then we all turned to see the door open, then heard 'Come on Bust, time for breakfast!' We tried to turn around so it didnt look obvious that we were stood right outside, but the strange man noticed before us, and quickly shut the door. All we saw was a pink slipper and a hand from behind that door. Maybe we will never know who this man is...but who ever it is is very strangely like Paul O'Grady...

There is a street that has a very eerie silence every week day between 5 & 6 pm - apart for the odd outburst of laughter and the odd "awwwwwwwwww" - you can hear a pin drop!!

Anyway, the street in question has a very mysterious resident. My name is sexyspecs...but my friends call me Jane and I live at number 14 O'Grady Street. I have some lovely neighbours - next door at number 12 is Becky, she's really nice and always posts lovely pictures of a very handsome man in a suit through my letter box, I don't know who is though...but he looks very sexy and I would love to get to know him better. At number 16 is Gemma, she's great she is a care worker and has a very kind heart and is very friendly. Then opposite at numbers 17 & 19 we have got the 2 Charlotte's they are both crazy over the same fella and they are often heard discussing him over the back fence whilst drinking a Vodka WKD!!!!! There are 2 boys that live down the road and they have a great Mama called Sharon - she's has this habit of going to 'parties' and getting drunk then waking up in the morning in a skip clutching a kebab!!! Ian is the only fella that lives in the street (apart from our mystery man!)...he's works a lot of a night, he says he works at a hospital radio - but we know better as he has been spotted hanging round some right dodgy areas!!!!! Seaslug lives at number 11 she has got a house full of dogs and goes to a lot of dog shows! Katie lives at number 20 with her bf...she is madly in love with him and they can often be seen heading off to either an all night party or to the flicks. Other neighbours include Libby, Helen, Glo, and Marion they are all really nice and we get on great.

Now to our mystery resident...he lives right at the end of the street - his garden is massive and there is always a lot of barking, mooing and baaaing coming from the garden, some say that he's got a farm at the back of his house! They could be right...I don't know. If he ever leaves his house it is under the cover of night when he can sneak away in his Beetle without anyone seeing...or so he thinks. I did actually see him one night as he walked under the street light towards his car - he had 'ash blonde' hair, glasses, he was very tall and fit looking, he was wearing a lovely tuxedo and had 3 dogs in tow - heaven knows where he was going at 3am in the morning. I have to say that he looked rather gorgeous.

Actually, he has got a striking resemblance to the man in the pictures that Becky gives me...hmmmmmmm, I wonder if she knows more than she's letting on???

I might pluck up the courage one day to go and knock on his door and introduce myself. If I do, I'll let you know what happens. Big Grin

The Street as always this time of the morning, is very quiet. It was a hive of activity last night and so those that havent gone to work, school or college are probably still in their slumbers. Seaslug thought, you never hear that man at the end of the road this time of the morning but then again if hes out all hours hes probably asleep to. Suddenly, She heard a noise and looked out to see a Huge Winnebago coming down the street. OMG what was going on. She rushed out and saw this huge crowd gathering. She found Gems, Boysmama and Ian Whats going on she cried. Oh I think its some film crew come to film that man at the end of the Road. But were they Mistaken? was it for the mystery Man?

Further to seeing our mystery resident leaving his house at 3am...I wasn't sleeping well that night and I heard a car coming back onto the street about an hour or so later. I opened the curtains and I also saw the curtains twitching in the houses opposite...yes the 2 Charlottes were up as well. Anyway, this fella got out his car and was chatting on his mobile - he wasn't talking quietly he said "Bert shut it...when I want your opinion, I'll slap it outta ya alright!". With that he hung up! 2 of the dogs had jumped out the car but the 3rd, the little black one, was still in the car - "Olga...come on girl out you come - stop playing that xylophone...you'll wake the neighbours up"!! With that she jumps out of the car with a stick in her mouth and trots indoors.

The 2 Charlottes have now spotted me and are waving. We all started pointing and giggling at our mystery man.

The little grey and white dog had wondered off and I heard a voice say "Come on Bust...there's a good fella in you come" - Bust then casually walked over to the front door and entered the house. With that the door shut.

We go outside and start discussing what we had just seen. Charlotte said "who d'ya reckon he is then?" and Cat said "I don't know, but he's a bit of alright!!". "Too right he is" I said "he's absolutely gorgeous". Becky and Katie have now come out of their houses too and have asked what's been going on so we proceed to tell them about the comings and goings of our mystery man. Katie said "I saw him the other day in a pink shirt, my goodness he looked fit". Becky said that like me, she wanted to go and knock on his door and introduce herself but she was too nervous!

Ian puts in an appearance and asks what all the fuss is about and why are we interested in a mystery man when we have got him to talk too?? Seaslug comes out with a tray of tea and biscuits for everyone - she's a real sweetie and looks after us well. Sharon brings us out some bacon sarnies and we all tuck in gratefully as it is a chilly morning and we are just standing around in our jim jams!!!.

After a big discussion, we decided that one day we would pluck up the courage and all go together and knock on his door to find out who he really is...! Big Grin

well, what can i say..it has been a couple of months since i moved into the street with my boys....
i received such a nice welcome from everybody that i decided to stay...
i am at no.10 O'Grady Street, and it always seems to be buzzing with activity - either outside, or from behind the twitching curtains...
i have seen some of the pics that jane has had posted to her and i have to agree that this man is top notch!
i enjoy having my chats with my neighbours, jane, cat, becky, charlotte, helen, gemma, katie, seaslug, ian and the rest..
seaslug, now there is a very sweet and kind lady - she never gets involved in the arguments that we can get up the road on the corner of the street, in fact - she always tries to pacify the situation..., and she makes a lovely cuppa *wink*, i love her dogs, they are so cute and friendly! i love to say hello when i see her out walking with them.. what would we do without her!
jane is a real sexpot...i can tell you!
- i go round to hers for a glass of something, occasionally and well...she knows how to throw a good party...she often tells me how she would flirt with this mystery man,if she ever knocked on his door..."YOU GO GIRL!!" is what i say to her!
i think that she invited the mystery man over but he never comes - he is always too busy...it seems...oh well, maybe one day...
some of the others have had brief chats with him too...i saw cat, the other day and she was in a right dream....bless her...when i finally managed to get her to talk - and it took a few strong cappucinos before i did - haha! - she told me that she got a kiss from this mystery man - oooh, i said, i am sooo jealous..i hope that one day i will get to meet this mystery man for myself....
i have seen glimpses of him too...tall,slim with a sexy little walk....i see the glasses from under that hood that he wears...why he needs to shield himself at 3am is anybody's guess!
i like to think that i have an open house...everybody can come by and have a chat - play with my boys...i like to help in any way that i can...with bits of advice etc...
that was a bit of a kerfuffle the other day, weren't it? im glad that the bacon sarnies went down well..my favourite...can't be letting people go hungry when there is something huge going on in the street...the tv cameras were there all day...with all that extra lighting, im glad i managed to get my boys to their beds that night...he is a worker this bloke,eh?
i see martsavage was about, i think that she told ian what was going on, but i can't be sure...
now there's a nice man..terribly helpful too..he only lives a couple of doors down from me too...
those two girls, cat and charlotte? they are a mischievous pair,eh?
they will get caught out playing knock down ginger on that man's door, one day!...i wonder if the little dogs will bite their ankles...
i doubt it...they all seem like calm and placid dogs...well trained, by all accounts, don't you think?
im not so sure about that cockerel on that man's farm, waking me up at 4am!! i know that i am quite an early bird anyway, thanks to my babies, but that is faaaarrrrr toooooo eeeeaarrrllyyyyyy!!!
NOOOOO! i need my Zzzzzzs, thank you very much - maybe i should go round there and complain!
but then again...ive heard the way that he shouts at this Bert on the mobile...maybe i will just put up with it then...
oh well, time to start doing the boys their lunch!.....maybe i should pop round and ask him if he has any eggs to spare - i'd pay for them of course...oh and some milk...hehe
i know - im cheeky,eh?
i wonder what he would say if i did...

Well Good Morning!!! It was today i thought i would walk out and make myself known properly.
I saw there was something happening in the street, but couldn't workout what was going on. There were all my friends standing looking at something. Jane was hoping for a sneak preview of someone in the flesh from the bathroom window. Charlotte was shocked to hear Janes thoughts. Sharon and Katie were interested to see what was going on. Along come seaslug who said "Hey what's going on" Jane said "be quiet" i'm trying to get to look at someone as it looks good.

I wasn't interested in what was going on. Jane tried to invite Rita round to keep me Company. She was in the next street. I knew what Jane was up to so told her i was more interested in staying in on my own.

Rebecca is always friendly. She always ring me up to say hi. I'm not the only bloke living in the street. There's a bloke opposite me who the girls go mad on. Buster!! he shouts most mornings, it's time for us to get this party started. Of course Charlotte hears that a lot and puts on her Pink CD full blast so that we all hear it. She's mad on Pink.

I moved in the street not long ago. I still have to workout the number of the house i live at lol. I thought it was 9, until someone turned the number round to make it 6 the other night. I thought it may have been these Trick or Treat lot playing pranks. Maybe Lizina or Katie starting early. I'm dreading that night the 31st. I know someone will play a prank on me.

I never go out on Halloween. Especially this year having moved in recently. I will help as many people in the neighbourhood as possible. It doesn't always pay off though.

The local village shop is nice. I often go down there and buy OK for Charlotte, and new mag out called TV Stars for Jane. Katie likes Hello mag. The others usually get their own.

Seaslug likes the history magazines. I just pop in for a twix and newspaper. The good thing about out village shop is everyone is so friendly. We did have one or two neighbours that moved out because they weren't welcome.

As it's Sunday, i often relax and chill out. I may pop over to see the bloke opposite in the week. I hope i meet him one day!!! Jane hopes so to. It would be nice to knock and say hi. Oh well hopefully soon i'll pop round.

i have to say, that i, just like everybody else, have been very curious about this mystery neighbour of ours....i know that we are always trying to get glimpses of him...and jane, gawd bless her - she may as well be living in his front garden!! HAHA!
anyway, i have heard him shouting down the phone at that poor man Bert...he seems to have been in a terrible mood just lately - cor blimey - you can hear him on the other side of town!!!
you know - i don't know about anyone else, but i haven't heard him call out for BUSTER!!! for a while...
and come to think of it....when i have sneaked a peak at him creeping out in his car with his dogs, i've only seen 2 not 3 dogs this last few weeks.....hmmmmm....i wonder what is happening there...
i will have to wait for rebecca or jane knock on my door with their bit of gossip...
ooooh the anticipation....
anyways, my baby is crying for me....

Always very popular this bloke opposite me. He leaves at the weekends, and comes back on Thursdays.

People in the area ask me, what is it like being one of two blokes in the street?. I don't mind. Apart from when the girls have a night out it gets lonely for me. Still, i sit in-doors and watch a dvd or go on my pc.

A lot of people around here do tend to keep in on Sundays. It's the day where no one really goes out or does anything.

Maybe being a bloke i should make the first move about knocking up the bloke opposite. I heard he had a large farm at the back and 3 dogs. Maybe i should stay clear until i see how big these dogs are.

He has a blue VW beetle which is always parked outside. I rang Rebecca and asked her if she knows of this person. She said yes, but hasn't seen him properly yet.

Sometimes a woman with high heel shoes and a large hairdo comes out. The thing is i never see him and this woman together. She gets back the early hours and i assume stays the night.

In the mornings Charlotte often waves hello when she's listening to her mp3. I do shout hiya back, the problem is she's too involved with her music i think.

I do think there are some new neighbours moving in shortly though. I'm not sure who they are yet, but have been told they are ok. I will find out who they are soon though.

So the Sunday continues with another week to look forward to. Right, i must stick on a dvd now. What shall i watch? I know i'll watch Blankety Blank on Sky i think. I like the woman that presents that.

First i'll make tea.
