The decs in our town are put up year after year, they look boring, dirty and horrible. This year though the council have splashed out on Guess what, some neon wands sticking out of the ground where there used to be trees. And our local Woolworths is closing after christmas.

Oh well, I think I feel a festive tune coming on

Paul O Grady, slip us something under the tree for me.
Ive been an awful good girl.
Paul O Grady, so hurry down my chimney tonight.

Heres some decorations for those who havent got any.

I went to Norwich last week and the both the malls, chapelfield and castle mall were fairly well decorated but to be honest the rest could have been any of time of year. Even though there were a gang of school kids singing carols it didnt to me feel at all like Christmastime. In fact I think it all starts far too early and people get fed up with all the stress that it brings. Sorry Christmas misery here.

It starts way too early so maybe start it from about 14th Dec?

Easter Eggs get stacked on shelf around 27th December.

And If those schookids were just singing the word 'Carols' wouldn't it get a bit boring? Big Grin
