I know tomorrow is the 11th November but it is one day that I wish I could forget because it is a day in my family which just makes me upset.
It is a day that my nan died of cancer and because it is the same day as the rememberence I cant forget it.

hi lizzie
i am so sorry for your loss, love!
how long ago did she pass away?
...go and put some flowers on her grave or a place that she loved and remember her with joy in your heart - because that is what she would have wanted you to do...
it's ok to cry but remember that she wouldn't want you to be upset..although it is only natural....
i lost my dad last year, and all of my grandparents have gone now too...i understand how difficult and heartbreaking things can be at a time like this..
i never met one of grandfathers..he was an old man when my dad was born and died early too..he fought in the 1st world war, my mum's dad fought in the 2nd world war (it's a bit weird that - as i only found this out last year!) - but they both came back thankfully...i wouldn't be here otherwise,eh?
i am sorry to have never met my paternal grandfather but i know that he did good things...
my thoughts are with you....

i hope that you will be ok..

take care...

Me and my mum and dad will be going up the pub later to celebrate her. I have a lovely photo of her near christmas time before I was born posing right near it, it is so lovely it is one thing that I will always remember from her.

There has to be one song that makes me cry no matter what cause it all was reminds me of my nan and that has got to be Candle in the wind by elton john it is so sad and I always makes me thik of my nan.
The worse thing is that I never got to go to her funeral because they thought that I would be to upseting for me.

Hi Lizzie, Hope you will be feeling better soon. Put some upbeat music on maybe. Too late in the day now to go for a walk, that sometimes helps.
