i met an actor from Emmerdale a couple of years ago - he plays Bob Hope on the soap, and he was in the restaurant where i worked and when he came to the till to order another bowl of chips i just babbled and talked about my kid to him! poor bloke must have wondered what he was having!! lol!
LOL! I met alex carter who plays Jamie hope and i kept going to chat to him, bet i was well getting on his nerves lol! But as a result he gave me his t shirt I was well starstruck so gosh, if i met paul i think i'd faint lol!
I froze on the spot when Paul came out behind the set and just mumbled Hello and this is Maizie my dog. It was worse though cos all the other contestants were sitting there and I didnt want to appear pushy. I made up for it when I got on the set though, no stopping me when talking about my dogs, how boring to some.

A coach trip was arranged from Pauls local supermarket when he did his first series.I think it was the supermarket though that arranged the coach, Paul just supplied the tickets I think.

To please look after our darling Paul during this next series.
Please don't get him jumping round, dancing, falling around on wet slippery floors and most of all - please don't make him jump like you did with the mummy sketch.
We all love him dearly and he is very precious to us and we wouldn't want him to have and another heart attack and to go through all that pain and suffering again.
So please, please take good care of our number one man - he means the world to us all.
Thank you.
Well said Jane Take note, Paul O'Grady team...

I agree Jane. I've posted about this on topics and really hope he doesn't do all the hectic dancing, getting on the floor, and surprises happening which are in bad taste.

They had better do. Lol
We don't want this happening yet again for the sake of a few laughs. We can be in fits of laughter just by watching Paul sit behind the desk being himself.

It's been said time and time again and i really hope that the team and people involved with the games and features take notice.
Looking back to what happened with Paul makes people realise how problems occur. I thought it was very bad with the mummy incident which i've said before. Although Paul is 51, we all love him and the work he does without all the running around and jumping here and there.
I mean he won the Top Award which says how much he is well loved and all what he does. The Birthday topic i took to the BBC in June proved it. The get well messages, a year on from losing his partner. All this year hasn't been the best year for Paul, especially with the BBC licence problem as well.
This is why it is so so serious, that this month, next month, next year and for all the entertainment that Paul brings to millions of viewers , and it is time for Paul to enjoy the next series more.
Like everyone, i really hope Paul is doing ok and we look forward to seeing him back live at 5 on 4 Monday 25th September.......Take care.

Yeah I agree with that. I was worried with that Mummy thing because it's live so if something happens, you know it would be terrible. Even some of the stuff with Big Dave seems a bit hard sometimes I think. That might just be me but he does look like he gets worn out pretty quick.
Least he's stopped smoking now so that will make him healthier.

"We're so glad to see Paul O'Grady back behind his desk with Buster sat nearby, but we're concerned he's going to overwork himself after he's been so poorly recently. Look, Paul - you can take it easy. No one's going to mind and you'll trounce Sharon Osborne in the ratings, so sit back and let Buster take charge."
Please POG Team, take note and make sure Paul doesn't over do it during this series.
Thank you.
I really do hope they take that last bit seriously.
