As the latest C4 series gets under way, Paul O Grady sits in the hotseat to tell us what hee's been up to....

What can you tell us about the new series?

It's more or less the same. We've got some great guests, though. We have got Harry Connick Jnr - he'll be good - and Enrique Inglesias is coming too. I know his dad, Julio actually. I got chatting to him when I was on holiday in Bali years ago.

Will you be appearing in more riiculous outfits?

Probably. I've given up fighting it now. I once dressed as a fish finger, but the costumn was too big for me. My face kepty vanishing from the hole and I couldn't see. I gave up Lily Savage to get away from dressing up on there I was on live TV, dressed as a fish finger!

What have you been up to since the last series?

I've just got back from a smashing trip to the Seychelles, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia and Bangkok. Most of the time I was travelling alone. In Cambodia, I got up at 3.00am because it was the best time to see the temples. It was suppost to be a holiday!

Your Grandson Abel is now nine months old. How is he doing?

Oh, he's gorgeous, him. I love being a grandad. I didn't think I would, but I do. I love spending time with him. I'm going to be a glamorous grandad! I thought it would make me feel a bit old, but I'm over the moon.

Did you get the magazine in the end iloveolga ?

I have the tv times when I saw his picture on the front my heart skipped a jump I showed it to my neighbours and they thought it was smashing too
I will get the other mag, can't get enough of him
he is signed up with channel 4 till end of 09 and non of the other things about him being offered sky and Parky and all sorts arre not true
can't wait for monday
