My favourite thing about Christmas has got to be the present but as well it has got to be having my family round the table at dinner that it is always lovely. Except for the stupid hats you have in the crackers I hate them they never fit my head
As well as recieving prezzies it feels good to give aswell
I love being able to stuff my face without feeling guilty lol!

Perhaps I should start one about unfavourite things. Hee Hee. Sorry but I dont like this time of year even though I was born around this time. Ill not bore you with why I dont, but I will be glad to see January.

Seaslug I must say I agree with you again on this one. Lol!
The commercial side of it gets a bit much sometimes.....I do like giving and receiving and the food, however I much prefer January because once the celebrations are over, people can start to get on with the rest of the year.
Christmas is a nice time of year, but it can also be a very hard time of the year. I like the build up to christmas and shopping for presents.

I hate the pressures that it puts on people to "deliver" when they can ill afford it, let alone the attitude that seems to bring out the worst of people at this time of year. I am a giving person, but I hate this attitude of must have and I not religious either but I think people have forgotten the real meaning. The total commercialism and madness of it all and all normal life and routine seems to stop months in advance. It also brings out sadness too when everyone is suppose to be happy and jolly.
hi Seaslug I am so sorry you don't enjoy christmas as I love it and always have but I understand all the pressure people can be put under, but I think of the children and happy faces and what pleasssure you get from the christian point of view
