Channel 4, please pass on forum comments to Paul regarding our best wishes for a calm, gentle, full recovery and ask him to try and rest. We love Paul and wish him well always.

The last thing for Paul is to do too much jumping about and having surprises which can frighten people, i,e the mummy incident on his show that happened, and especially Most Haunted.
I wish Paul a very speedy recovery and to take it easy. Your health is more important.
Get well very soon and look after yourself.
Yeah I used to worry about all the lively stuff like that and worried something might happen. He really should take it easy now, even more so than before because if it ever happened again well I don't even want to go there.
But Most Haunted would be a bit of a risk now. I'd much prefer Paul well than getting ill again.
take it easy paul.we want you to come back 110% fit and healthy and not giving us any more frights like this. you are a brilliant person excellent at your job, but your health comes first. you are in a very good hospital,as i know it because my daughter had her baby there 6 months ago. now i know you aren't in the maternity dept, but it is a very good hospital. take care, and get well soon.xxxx

Fans reacted with shock to news of his heart attack on The New Paul O`Grady Show website, where more than a dozen messages were posted by well wishers.
One said: "Please make a speedy recovery my darling. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time."
O`Grady became one of the UK`s best-known comedians as Lily Savage, a hard-living, chain-smoking drag queen.
OMG - i can't believe they quoted me!!!

To my darling Paul,
Please do not rush back to work. We can suffer R&J longer if it means you coming back to us fit and well again.
We don't want you to be taking 1 step forward and 2 steps back by coming back to soon. We can wait for as long as it takes.
I am sending you a BIG hug and kiss from me to you.

All what i have said on page 1 i really did feel sorry for him with the mummy incident.
That was in bad taste.
Yeah I know I was always worried about stuff like that.
As for the new series, I don't know if he would be able to do it. After the 1st heart attack he was in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang 6 months after it. But the next series is only about 2 months away. I wouldn't want him getting tired and ill again.
I agree with Ian - i think the mummy thing was in bad taste and they really shouldn't have subjected Paul to it. It made me jump...i can't imagine what it must've done to him
Please guys that work on the show...be nice to Paul in the new series - no more shocks for him. We don't want him to have a relapse!!!
Well if R and J can sit on the couch and take it easy so should Paul. Lest leaping about. Especially with Big Dave. Perhaps its time to rethink the show a bit. We can have Pauls wit and charm without the slapstick. Its not worth ruining your life for.
The trouble is I think that Pauls a hands on man and wouldnt want to be treated like an invalid. I am slightly older than him and we all hate to admit we are getting on and things are going wrong. It will be the worse thing ever for him I reckon to have to cope with taking it easy.
Well its his own production company so he can do and say what he likes presumably and probably does. Hee Hee. But it wont matter whatever he does, his diehard fans wont care.
Arh you still here sexyspecs have been following up behind you on the topics. Hope you are ok.
Personally I think that as the slapstick and jumping around only forms a small part of the show it wont be a problem. Keeping Paul restricted I reckon would be like keeping an animal caged. I mean that it the nicest sense. I too am very active and cant think of anything worse that being treated like an invalid. I think Paul lives in the fast lane and with that it brings risks. But you cant help the way you are can you.
Yes i'm fine thanks - it's nice to finally be able to spend a bit of time on here...i have had a manic week and have been very hit and miss!
Paul will never change - he's set in his ways and loves the stuff he gets up to on the show and we love watching him get up to all sorts - that's what makes Paul, Paul!! He loves getting involved and doesn't care what he does...the only thing we want him to do is STOP SMOKING, please!!
