From all my research, I gather they are the healthiest, purest, most environmentally-friendly, cruelty-free omega-3 supplements out there. There are several success stories online from people who say they've drastically improved their emotional health with them, and there is said to be convincing evidence that DHA in the diet is a highly significant factor in heart health.
I've even considered writing to Paul about these! And no I don't work for them Just a food-freak...

More important than how many omega 3 acids you get is how many you actually absorb, and to absorb enough you must cut down on omega 6 in your diet, or the supplements will be a waste of money.
Cut down as much as possible on wholegrain bread, eggs, poultry, corn, soya, vegetable oils and cereals to ensure your omega 6 : omega 3 ratio is suitably balanced. The average Western diets provides many times more n-6 than necessary so you’re unlikely to get deficient in that. Transfats also compete with n-3 oils and are completely unnecessary (and harmful) in the diet, so don’t eat anything with the word ‘hydrogenated’ on the ingredients list, to maximise the benefits of omega 3.
I hope yet doubt very much that Paul's doctor is telling him all this. Unfortunately doctors seem to know very little about nutrition, but don't get me started on that.
