Has anyone else come across this.. (My Mum who is 61 who cannt use a pc) She dont even know how to turn it on.

I goto the web site as anyone else does and appley like everyone else for Tickets If she is going i use her name as i wont be there, If i have time of work and i can get tickets i use my name. Ihave been told im getting tickets using mutlie accounts. and now have to wait untill December.. As this happened to anyone else?

Not too sure what you mean Lisa

If you live a long way from the Studio. you will get Priority tickets.

If Mum is disabled, I'm sure you will get prority tickets, which will mean you and Mum will get in.

Hello and thanks for your answer, No she as been getting tickets and they have been very good. But last week we was told that we wasnt able to book anymore tickets. Just wondering if anyone else as come across this

if i go i put the tickets under my name. If i cannt go i put the tickets under My Mums name and as we both live at the same addy and she as no idea how to use a PC. They said that i am useing mutile accounts to order tickets. To which im not. I use the name of the person who is going?

Have you wrote a email to lost in tv to explain whats happened and they might sort it out for you.

Yer i done this the day i got the email and was told to wait untill december

Best to use your Name, I would think. If there is a problem with Mum's disability, then you must take this further with Lost in TV. She should receive Priority tickets In my view.

Priority MUST be given to disabled people.

Think it's because you are using your mums name as well as yours, as a long time ago on here, someone had the same problems, and was told they couldn't get tickets, only in one name. Hope this helps, and Welcome to the forum, by the way.

also, you have to wait until you have been to a show before you can book again ( i think)
