Kitchen diasters - i could think of few - particularly Souffles!

With me it's rice, it always sticks to the pan, and I end up with a burnt pan. I have since invested in a rice cooker, which is a doddle.

My worst disaster was an incident with semolina!! lol. I just dont even try to make it now. hehe.

I'm bad at making cheese cake, it always goes like water lol

i was always lead to believe that if you salt the water first..it won't stick...as with pasta.. i prefer to boil the water with a stock cube in it (a vegetable one is available), before adding the rice...
make sure there is enough water,obviously, and keep stirring...

Rice is one of my least favourite things to cook as it is a nightmare..

stirring is the key, though...

a bit like cooking baked beans on the stove...pain!(i am thankful for the microwave when it comes to baked beans though..lol )

That is a tricky one - I don't know why it would go watery

My other diaster is Chocolate Fondant pud - ends up like a sponge - still nice, but not quite how I intend it to be - C'est la vie!

I Always Like A Some Chocolate Mousse But It Just Ends Up Really Sour Chocolate lol Ahh Well

As I Tryed It From Gordons Ramsays Cookalong In Jan But Failed.

Perhaps it was the thought of Gordon shouting that put you off!!!
