I know exactly what you mean about shopping! What did we all do before we could get it delivered?! Some things certainly change for the better. Saturdays in my local high street a nightmare at the best of times.
I dont have any children, but it must be lovely at Christmas if you do. Poor you for going through all that on Christmas eve though, still, I m sure you are very happy now that you did! Smile

I have loads of favourites. Although my actual fave is Roy Wood & Wizzard - I Wish It Could Xmas Everyday. Also Elton John - Step Into Xmas and Wham - Last Xmas.

I love going to the local Xmas Carol Service as well.

I love 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' and also 'Last Christmas' by George Micheal. I love 'Mary's Boychild' by Boney M.

and I love practically any traditional Christmas carol there is....

we all struggled before we got things delivered!! especially without a car and traipsing about on buses and trains!
saturdays are a nightmare all year round - you are right about that!!
and thank you....my beautiful baby boy made it all the more worth it,(we were in hospital throughout the holidays, because he was a prem baby!),
but it is definitely NOT something that i am planning on doing again!!!hehe!
