GOOD NEWS EVERYONE, I went for my checkup and passed with flying colours. I have lost 2 and a half pounds and my blood pressure has come back down to normal. Dont need any more check ups now except for review of my ADs,Oh and even those have been reduced. Just been ticked off by Ems for worrying(ha ha) but now I can put it behind me. A GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO YOU ALL FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT, I LOVE YOU ALL XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX , Now we have to get Ems through what ever it is she has on Friday so can we support her like you did with me please.

I loved tonight's show. Paul looked so well with his suntan and it was good how he came out in his holiday gear lol.
The postbag was very funny and it was funny when Buster tried to jump off the desk.
Alan's interview was so funny, he's always such a good guest to have on the show. The fork-lift truck driving was hilarious lol. Jerry's interview was great too.
The dancing at the end was so funny too.
Excellent show, it's so nice to have Paul back again.
Yea its great havin Paul bk! I loved todays show it was so funny, i couldnt stop laughin wen Paul lost control of the fort lift n Alan Carr made me giggle! Loved Pauls holiday outfit n he's looking very healthy with his tan, looks like the break did him gd, he doesnt normally get his legs out as he says they are to skinny! But i think he pulled the shorts of well! it was kwl to see him out of a suit for 1 show! Cnt wait till 2morrows show it should be gd with Leona and Shane! Hope every1 is ok!
