Hi Liz,

Why don't you trying running a scan of your anti~virus software (either Macafee or Norton), No guarantees but it might do the trick. Hope you are well XXXX+

HI, MY STEPSON OWNS HIS OWN COMP BUSINESS, AND HE SUGGESTS THAT IF IT IS A WIRELESS CONNECTION IT MUST BE RUNNING THROUGH A ROUTER. UNPLUG THE ROUTER FROM THE MAINS, TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER, THEN AFTER A FEW MINUTES RECONNECT THE ROUTER THEN TURN THE COMPUTER BACK ON. IF THIS DOES NOT WORK, TRY SYSTEM RESTORE IF YOU ARE ON WINDOWS XP, MAKING SURE THAT YOU RESTORE TO A DATE WHEN EVERYTHING WAS OK. IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THAT, CLICK ON START, THEN SEARCH FOR FILES AND FOLDERS. TYPE IN SYSTEM RESTORE, THEN CLICK SEARCH. GET BACK TO ME IF U R STILL STUCK.
