hi could any body help me with something. Inbetween ad break of shows like deal or no deal and countdown paul appears sayin what is happening on his show that day and what time its on etc. well does any body know which ad breaks he is on at. As i went to a recording of Paul's friday show yesterday and he recorded two things for the ad break of other shows.

Well while Countdown is on he's on the last ad break for that at 16:00. Then he's on the last ad break for DOND at 16:45.
