Hehe, i've just been on the R&J forum to see what they have said about Paul (not too bad by the way!) and came across this posting which made me laugh-you've got to give it to them for trying, and they blatantly watch Paul O'Grady more than they do R&J...

Someone on the R&J forum wrote:

PAUL O'GRADY: What's this, eh, Bust? Summat about Richard and Judy not havin' many real fans. I can't say I'm surprised. What? Those two? Pur-leeze! I'd rather spend an afternoon locked in a trunk over at Leopold and Loeb's! Yeah. O yuz! All of that 'read this book, eat this food, drink this wine...'- Listen, I'll read, eat an' drink what I damn well want, thank you very much! Who asked you? And- where are you goin' now, Bust? Look at 'im: not interested at all! Yes, all right, Windy Miller! I'll move on when I feel like it, thank you very much! It's my show, so shut up or expect a slap! Oh yes! Now I've just got to read out a couple of things - and I'll do it in me own time, Bert, thank you! - here. This one is from Judith Finnigan - ooh, Irish! I like Ireland, me! - 'Dear Paul, I am 72, please be nice to me, love Jude'. All right, then. Shall we do that, Bust? Yehss. An dis one is from Rik..Rac..I wish you lot would learn to write properly! This looks like a spider's been at the cider! I THINK it's from Richard Muttley, by the look of it - eh, Bust, it's your cousin! D'yer remember Whacky Races? Eh? No one? Ignorant lot! Oh well. He says: 'Dear Mr O'Grady - bit posh, that, eh! - can you give us our slot back at 5 on 4, and can I have a nodding Buster, love Rich'. Well, 'Rich,' the answers are 'No' and 'No' - so stick that in yer pipe an' smoke it!

lol, bless them for trying Big Grin

Somewhere in the UK
Nice place.

Dear Paul,

My name is Richard Madeley and i wondered if you could carry on with 5 on 4 all through the summer. Me and my wife Judy are learning the technique of manners. We need to learn how to deal with people and be nice to the public.

Please could you read this out and send me and my wife a nodding buster. Also whilst you're at it the latest viewing figures from your show.

PS any viewing figure over 10 people don't bother.

Thanks RM.

lol Another one that Richard may have written.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if they didn't return in the new year. To be honest, although i can't stand them, if they didn't continue due to ratings or whatever, i would wish them the best for the future.

It does seem strange as you say Monica that after just one show that letter was posted on their forum.

I asked them to as was c**p lol It was a see how it goes. It was an idea based on the letter from what that R&J fan posted. People found it confusing and it needed a lot of thought.

I sent you an email as well Monica.

lol, Carole King, 'I might as well wait until September':

What shall I write?
What can I say?
How can I tell you how much I miss you?

The weather here has been as nice as it can be
Althought it doesn't really matter much to me
For all the fun I'll have while you're so far away
It might as well rain until September

I don't need sunny skies for thing I like to do
'Cause I stay home the whole day long and think of you
As far as I'm concerned each day's a rainy day
So It might as well rain until September

My friends look forward to their picnics on the beach
Yes everybody loves the summertime
But you know darling while your arms are out of reach
The summer isn'[t any friend of mine

It doesn't matter whethee skies are grey or blue
It's raining in my heart 'cause I can't be with you
I'm only living for the day you're home to stay
So It might as well rain until September
September, September, oh
It might as well rain until September

I didn't explain it properly as well. It would have been really hard to do. If i had explained it better it would have been ok i guess.

Nevermind. I may put another topic up sometimew which is more exciting and not so much of a headache.
